Customers are responsible for the cost of all return shipping. A full refund will be issued if items meet the criteria of our return policy. Hair Body & Soul will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive an order damaged, please contact Canada Post or email info@hairbodysoul.ca to directly file a claim. Please save all packaging and material and damaged goods.
